Following new Government guidance regarding Covid-19, the Local Authority has asked that NO face to face contact takes place with our learners.

Therefore during the lockdown period our staff will be working from home or on reduced hours at the office. They are still available to offer support remotely via telephone/email. We will be in contact with all of our current learners on a regular basis to try and support them throughout.

The health and wellbeing of our learners, tenants and staff is our main priority therefore during this very difficult time, our team will be working to ensure that we can continue to help and support those that need us as best we can.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to via:
▫️Your usual First Point contact
▫️Facebook Messenger
▫️Instagram DM

We want to take this opportunity to thank ALL of our incredible staff who help and support people on a daily basis, we are so proud of your dedication to make the lives of others better across all of our companies and we appreciate all of your hard work.

We also would like to offer our continuing support to our business partners, our communities and local organisations.

“If one word could underpin the aim of both First Point Training and Positive Directions N.E., it would be the word HOPE. Both companies share an overarching vision: Making a difference for individuals and communities” and in these unprecedented and challenging times, these words are more poignant and we will continue our commitment to #makingadifference 💙💚

Stay safe.

Best Regards,
